What do you make of the crust of Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano after you have scratched all the cheese? Hey do not throw it!

There are many ways to knit the crusts. I teach you one.

Take a knife and scrape all the outer crust to remove the wax covering the crust, then cut the crust with a knife and make strips.

Place it in a plate and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes you will see that the pieces of crust will be inflated. Let it all cool and so they will have become crispy like chips.

So now, enjoy your meal!
